We experienced a sudden issue with our circuit breaker box, late in the business day. I called, spoke with Leslie, and explained the problem and its urgency. While initially told they would try to accommodate us, the schedule was full. Leslie was genuinely concerned and assured me she would do her best. I thanked her, and she called back within five minutes to say she had rearranged the schedule, and a technician would be at our residence by 8 am the next day!

I reached out to Crimson to get an estimate for a few smaller jobs I needed done at my house that required an electrician. They responded quickly and Cam came to my house, reviewed the projects, assisted with suggestions, sent me an estimate very quickly and gave me what I felt was a very fair price for the services needed.
Their technician arrived at my house on time and proceeded to complete each project. He was friendly and when he had some issues due to the way my house was built, he walked me through what was going on and was completely transparent.
