Continental has truly been an amazing customer service for us and our family. They are impressive when it comes to response time. It truly amazed me how willing and ready and flexible they were getting to our home and helping with our water/slight flooding emergency. The clarity of the way they work a business that is usually something people are not privy to. Everyone I spoke to was super clear and matter of fact while answering any questions we had to even after their job was done. I will be recommending them and hopefully returning to their business on a non-emergency status. Thank you, Continental!
The Continental crew that came out to deep clean my carpets were helpful, courteous and timely. They gave me suggestions for handling future pup related carpet incidents and were thorough in the cleaning process. I would recommend them to others, and work with them in the future as well. Cheers!
I called up Kevin about a mold issue in my basement. He sent out Sid to take a look at it on a Saturday at no charge. Sid was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great people to work with. Highly recommend
