This is a company is owned by very honest, good people. Our water heater quit working in our new home literally a month after we moved, and the circ pump did too among other plumbing issues like gray gunk coming up through our faucets. Needless to say, I was pretty upset! We had just spent all our money on moving! Due to moving expenses, I needed to change my mind on using their services on a water heater after they had worked to install it, since we could not cover the entire bill. They offered to graciously refund the portion of the bill we did pay and uninstall the water heater, no questions asked. I accepted the refund and they took the water heater and I thought I could find a better deal on plumbing. Boy was I wrong! I had no clue what plumbers typically charge, so I assumed the price quote from Columbia Basin Plumbing was too high after speaking to friends. (Don't always listen to your friends) After I got my refund from this company, I got several quotes from many other plumbing companies and I humbly realized what a good deal they were actually giving their customers! Their pricing was the lowest. I feel a little bad that I did not choose to use their services as their price quote was the best so far and that they were RIGHT in everything they advised us on with our plumbing! I plan on doing something nice real soon for this small business as an apology! If you are on a budget, as many families are, don't hesitate to hire them! Compared to most, they offer very fair deals for the work they do.
