I highly recommend Cal! I love the personalized sessions for so many reasons. I don’t have to learn Pilates with an audience, I get one on one instruction from Cal along with corrections while doing the exercises, he focuses on what I need to work on and adjusts the workouts as we go, he pushes me to be better, and I love his sense of humor and quippy remarks! As a longtime fan of Pilates I love my private sessions with Cal. I feel like I am getting the most bang for the buck when I am doing everything correctly and the hour is geared just to my needs. I plan to continue forever!

I wanted to do Pilates because of my age. I wanted to make sure I had all the tools I needed to be healthy and remain active. I lost interest in being in a gym. Cal has helped me achieve that and I love Pilates and would recommend Cal and his training to everyone.
