The service was awesome. I can’t say enough about how I was treated. It was very hot out, in the nineties. Maintenance showed up, in about an hour fixed the problem and did an overall maintenance check on my HVAC. I’m 82 years old and believe me, I know good service when I get it.
Overall experience was very good. Technician was at my house within and hour of my call. Julio was our service tech and he was very professional and explained everything in his trouble shooting and fixes and options. Price was very reasonable. I would use Americool again when needed.
