Used this company years ago to upgrade my HVAC system. They did a great job and the new system is working just fine.I had them make a new filter holder so that I could put 2 20x24 filters side by side. Really helps keep Tri Cities dust out of the house and minimizes strain on the system.Most recently, we needed a vent duct inspected for low/no flow. Easy to schedule the tech. He showed up on time (there's 4 stars just for that!) and found the issue right away. An older flow control damper had drifted shut. Tech consulted with me first and then simply bent the damper disc open. The new system has a separate set of zoning controls and this duct was already oversized, so...read full review
The gentleman that came and looked at my furnace, was on time and courteous. He took the time to explain what I was asking, very knowledgeable and -gave give me tips. On how to save energy and how to make my unit last longer. I will definitely recommend a amricool.
These guys have been absolutely awesome to work with, from James to the ladies in the office and on out to Beto and his crew in the field and don't forget the techs too!Everyone is respectful of our property as well as kind and courteous to work with. They have gone above and beyond, they are responsive and get things done with a smile... even the poor young man who had to drill the hole in our 100+ year old concrete basement wall. A+ thank you Americool, I highly recommend this team!
