We came home to a very hot house did everything we could think of to figure out what was going on, but when we exhausted everything we could think of so we called Americool customer service. Thank you Americool for sending Jacob out to fix our heat pump! We had an after hours call which could have been very expensive, but Jacob asked me what was going on listened to everything I tried and worked very quickly and efficiently to fix the problem within the first time before extra charges came into play. Before Jacob left he took a moment to bring in a maintenance plan and explained it to us.

happy with the service techs and office calls.they had to set up appointments for initial and return service.somehow the return service ball was dropped but it worked out.could be 4.5.
