Of all the days for our heat pump to stop working it was the hottest day of the summer. I called around 4 pm and they had a tech out at 8:30 am the next day. It is now working and they have a new customer for our bi yearly maintenance appointments. They were fast and affordable and I am very thankful for the great customer service provided.

Had the guys from Twin City come out last winter when our old Traine all in one heat pump went out. Gave me my options on new units and some sound advice on repairs and maintenance. What I loved was I got zero pressure on buying new and no push back on fixing my old unit. The unit was new in 1994. Got a new fan, compressor and new coolant for an exceptionally reasonable price. They were in an out, professional and respectful.

We have used them a few times now, and will not go anywhere else! Twice in the last two years, we have lost communication between our heat pumps and furnace in the middle of winter. Blake came and ensured we could have temporary heat while we waited for parts. Blake is one of the best tech's we have ever had provide service for us!

A total waste of time and money. Had AC fan fail and technician come and upsell a new system. He promised to send a couple of bids and I never heard from them again. All I received was a bill for several hundred dollars. This was paid yet I still received the same bill over and over again. I fixed the AC fan myself for less than half the bill. I paid several hundred dollars for them to not even send bids. Don't waste your time or money. YouTube was more helpful.
