This used to be a really great place for taking our pup to get groomed and you could tell our pup was so happy to get her wash, trim, nails buffed and the works. However, since they lost our go to groomer Lily. It has been a very different experience. Our pup is a huge sweetheart, overly friendly and big people person, with a good sense of people! So to see our pup REALLY SCARED and fighting against going into the salon to get groomed and not getting the full service we specifically pay Vital Care Premeire for is unfortunate and raises some red flags. Our dogs was groomed by Lily for the first time and she was seriously amazing. Took great care of our dogs I gave her some notes beforehand and she did everything I asked perfectly. Our dog looked great when we picked them up. Koko bean and Shawty looking forward to see Ms Lily again ❤️❤️❤️????
I have used the groomers twice and I have been extremely happy with the results. My Shiba HATES baths at home, but they take such good care of him that he doesn't make a fuss at all. When I pick him up they let me know how he did and he is always smelling good, is clean,and looks amazing. The ladies are kind and greet me with a smile every time I visit. I won't take my pup anywhere else.
