The experience was way above my expectations. Brian was extremely professional and has a lot of experiences. He was very thorough in the process, patient with us in terms of explaining to us what the problems were, how serious they were and the amount of work expected. Post inspection, I had a targeted question about the quotes we got from various vendors for a problem he promptly identified, and he was extremely helpful in answering my questions. Overall very happy with the experience and would recommend Brian to anyone that is looking for a thorough inspection coupled with sound judgement.
Extremely detailed and great home inspector! Even a year after he did an inspection for us he was helping to provide information and referrals to his network of contractors.
He also is one of the few people that pick up the phone when you call. I highly recommend Brian!
May 2025 we enlisted Zoom Home Inspections to do a necessary Inspection on the home we were wanting to purchase. We were crunched for time, as we were living in a hotel, and hoped to move in as soon as possible. Understanding our plight they were able to schedule our inspection immediately.
