Pricey but good. Some people are more welcoming when you arrive than other. Have never had to wait long. I go for brow and lash tints, brow tints last FOREVER but lash tint never sticks. Have tried three times and will probably skip that next time

They booked me with a different person than what I've been promised on the phone while I booked the appointment. Front desk lady wasn't friendly at all and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I only give them 4 star because it turned out my experience with Dee was amazing. I would definitely recommend her. She was super nice and made the whole process easy and pain free. Go see her!!! Thanks Dee.
