I understand mostly of retail jobs are entry level. However, a little bit of training would not hurt. Cashiers seems bother if you asking questions while in their phones. They have no idea about the gifts and promotions advertised at their store. There is one shell with a huge 50% sign. Some of the products there are actually full price, but white label means they don’t have a designated shell so they’re put there. That’s confusing. Online gives you gifts and the store gives you attitude and wrong information 🤷🏽‍♀

I visited this Ulta location on 8/28 around 1:15pm, and the staff working at that time were all friendly and helpful. I usually go to the Bellevue Factoria location because I live in Bellevue, and only went here because my regular Ulta didn't have the item I wanted in stock. This location is also larger than Bellevue and every product I looked was in stock, which is never the case for the Bellevue Factoria location. The sales associates were not pushy at all, but offered direction and guidance when asked. Jessalyn was absolutely amazing!! She cut my hair exactly how i envisioned it and listened to everything i had to say without judgement! She didn’t force me to talk during the cut, wash, or blowout and I genuinely felt so comfortable talking and getting my hair done by her :) I’m more of an introverted person so i struggle with speaking up if I’m not too happy with something but she made the environment so welcoming that I felt perfectly fine doing so. I would highly recommend her if you’re planning to get your hair done at Ulta!
