Diana is the GIRL for brows! I had a terrible experience many years ago and have barely touched my brows since while trying to grow them back and have avoided professionals. I came in for a tint and wax and walked out a new person. She listened to me, validated my fears and helped me trust her 100%. I let her do what she thought was best and she nailed it. I didn’t even have to use makeup today because the shape and the tint makes them look perfect. I’ve never been happier with my brows! I can’t even believe these are my brows. I’m giving a 5 star review for Molly! While visiting family in Issaquah, I had the pleasure of meeting Molly. In fact, I went back three times to see her & get tips on the best make-up for me. Helpful staff, the store is always decorated with seasonal collections and festive stands. Store associates greet with a smile and are quick to direct you to the section of brands you're looking for. No following around unless you ask for assistance. Testers are usually looking cleanly kept. Love most things about this store except for samples. They don't have good samples at the cashier register (a pouch for a moisturizer is what I have been offered after a $120 purchase). Ulta online gives out great samples and gifts with purchases which this store hardly gives but the staff seems polite and pleasant.
