Love having my multigenerational Australian Labradoodle groom here! Sheila and her staff are dogs and cats people and it shows by how much my dog loves her. He is very happy to go to WoP and greets everyone. He will specially go to Shiela to give her kisses. He always gets super nice grooming. One time that he threw up in the car after grooming (not the groomer's fault), Shiela gave me a follow-up call to make sure he is okay. During the pandemic I tried to groom him myself, it took us over 4 hours! I appreciate that Shiela does it in about 2.5 hours. The hidden gem here is self wash stations. I have been bringing our sweet pup here since he was a wee little one. As a first time dog mom, I am so thankful for the team at Wizard of Paws. I have always been treated with respect, kindness, and compassion, even at times when I am not as gracious to myself for not taking the best care of his coat/hygiene. That means more to me than they know. Not to mention, we absolutely fall in love with him all over again after every single groom! We will never not bring our Perrito to Wizard of Paws.
Kind, professional staff! Our pup Murphy is a bit head shy from an accident when he was young and they made him comfy. Brittany K. was able to give our puppy Murphy a great haircut. Thanks y’all!
