Kathy did a amazing job. My highlights blend in very smooth into my root color. She’s patient and takes her time to do it right the first time . So many people rush through the process and then I end up having to get it corrected, with Kathy, had no issues , she made sure it was done the way I like it the first time. Everything was wonderful , except hair trim is way too expensive $95 for a trim, seems kinda overboard . Even if you want a touch up , it’s automatically $95 charge, next time I’ll know to skip that part. Hair salon was understanding and accommodating.
It’s a good experience having Zhen taking care of my hair. She is patient and thinking about the best for her customers. I feel that I have made a good decision to make an appointment with her and left feeling happy.
I LOVED my experience here! Kelly was simply awesome, not only took care of my hair but also recommended what was better for my hair and explained everything to me. She did an amazing job with my balayage, to make it look smooth, shinny and healthy! Definitely my new favorite hair stylist, i’ll be back to keep it looking as good as it is rn!
