I will say it was hard to find someone who was willing to help me find a new foundation. Everyone seemed like they were too busy to help the people on the floor. Leslie came to my rescue after asking a couple people to help and was AMAZING and extremely knowledgeable. Really appreciate all her help! Shes the reason for the 5 stars!

We loved this place. Staff greeted us but allowed us to shop in peace without following us like in Bellevue. When I had a question I just simply went to a staff member and she helped me with the perfume section. The cashier was super nice and gave us free samples. I hope they stayed like this for long as this place is closer to our home and we don't want to go to the other one in Bellevue again. Thanks!

My high schooler wanted makeup and being a mum who doesn't wear make up we were both overwhelmed with the thought of going to Sephora. A friend of hers had suggested she should start off getting a full face of foundation.I asked Ava for help and she was so wonderful! She sweetly told my daughter that her skin is beautiful and she doesn't need foundation but instead gently suggested an under eye concealer and helped us pick additional products that my daughter wanted at each step telling her that she has so much natural beauty and is she wanted a little bit more highlighting this would be a good choice.
