Great for athletes! Changed the way I think about chiropractic medicine! I'm typically a skeptic, I've been promised a lot of good things by chiropractors: "this will fix your headaches," "you'll sleep better," "clears your sinuses," and it almost never panned out. In early Aug '14, I began to have intense back pain--so bad I initially thought it was a kidney stone (it wasn't). I'm a healthy, 36-yo marathon runner who hadn't done any odd lifting or twisting. Not only skilled, but thoughtful and quite knowledgeable, yielding targeted results. Dr. Harper doesn't rush you through his office; he, apparently, knows how to properly schedule patients to give them his Best and undivided attention... a very caring doc! Alastair Harper, DC, gently manipulated jammed vertebrae and got muscles to respond to tx that were tight and contracting to protect injuries. It took a few visits, but I am VERY HAPPY with the results so far. From now on, Dr. Harper is my 'go to' Chiro, whenever I'm visiting the PacNW!! * Office: 1505 NW Gilman Blvd., #B-3 425.391-2380
I have been in the care of Aimee Bahr for about 7 months after years of chronic back and neck pain. Since my first session, I have seen substantial improvement in the range of motion of my back and neck and have gotten significant relief from pain rooted in the deep tissue surrounding my spine. She is very professional and takes the time to ensure her clients' well being and tracks incremental progress. My quality of life has improved significantly as a result and I'm optimistic about my long term prospects after years of seeking medical help from spine specialists.
