“Jack is a MASTER. The BEST of the best! I've been having deep tissue/therapeutic massage for over 35 years because of my strenuous profession. I've had massage therapy all around the world from both male and female therapists (I'm a woman). There are many therapists who do a nice or even very nice job (and some who are only mediocre or worse!). But every so often you meet someone who is so intuitive in their work, born out of a clear passion for their craft that they deliver the very highest levels of excellence from start to finish. This is Jack. He is PHENOMENAL. A true professional in the top echelon of his peers that is inspiring to see. He is so excellent that I imagine him as a type of Jedi Master! And as an aside, he always greets me with a big friendly smile and seems genuinely happy to see me (even with a language barrier). What a gift for me that he works close to where I live! Just a comment on the other reviews posted - particularly about the tipping. Bliss Spa is generally a good value for the money. I had the same experience as others in the summer of 2025 with similar inquiries about my tipping (which is totally NOT cool), but this hasn't happened for a few months, so I imagine they got the feedback and corrected this problem. Do I tip? Yes, and a good one! But with the immense respect I have for Jack and his work, I do something I otherwise never do: I go out of my way to make sure I have cash to give to him personally - as my way to honor him and thank him for his work.
