Extremely unfortunate experience for me. Reception was great. The PA may or may not not have been part of this horrible encounter. Doctor entered into the exam room with with a who gives a hoot I’m not sure I have time for you feeling attitude. Cared less about a surgeons assessment of a very minor malady. Refused to inspect properly and or address the main cause for my visit. Insisted on preforming a burning procedure that I did not want and left me with a serious concern unattended and making me immediately seek an additional visit with another doctor. Dr Narra and her staff are incredible! I had my fillers done here recently and I am so so happy with the results.It was my first time having fillers done so initially I was nervous about the procedure being painful or difficult, but everyone at the office was very helpful and kind so I actually had nothing to be afraid of. It ended up being quite a pleasant experience which was a nice surprise.Dr Narra is really professional but still down to earth, I felt super comfortable talking to her and asking any questions that I had. In the end, she was able to enhance exactly what I wanted, but still maintain my natural look. I will definitely come back in the future!

My family has been going to Dr. Narra for skin checks for quite a while. I recently went to her for botox and a hydra facial. I've been so pleased with everything! When it comes to our skin checks she makes us comfortable and takes the time to really explain everything. The botox was super easy, quick and looks great! Very natural! And Anna, the Master Esthetician is fantastic! I love the facials! HIGHLY recommend!
