I've been to a few barbers and hair stylists over the years. It's really difficult to find one you feel comfortable enough with to visit on a consistent basis and to trust with your appearance. Markiel has been my guy for years now and I haven't regretted it since the first day I walked in. Markiel is fast, knowledgeable, and a good conversationalist. He remembers things you talked about before and it's not rare to hear him contact other clients out of concern when things come up. He'll also keep you looking sharp no matter how much your hair has grown or fallen out over time.

I've been a client of Markiel for years! I'll never get my hair cut anywhere else. I cannot recommend him enough.
He's a great guy, always friendly and personable, and is extremely knowledgeable in his craft. He and his shop are a foundational part of the historic Issaquah Front Street scene!

Markiel's Hair Company is not only one of the best hair salons for men and women in the Issaquah/Seattle area, it is truly one of the best businesses in the entire PNW!About a decade ago, I stumbled across Markiel's Salon after constantly overpaying for mediocre haircuts that I was always disappointed with.
