Taryn and the owner are absolute gems. I’m so grateful for their professionalism and quality service. I truly wish I could find contractors as dedicated and hardworking as their installers. Taryn went above and beyond, coming out to the house multiple times and being incredibly patient with me, even with my endless questions. I have a very old house that required much more work than originally expected, and instead of jumping ship, they stepped up and took on the project. Taryn was fantastic in the help/advice that she gave us. Even though we couldn't purchase through Long's due to being out of their service territory, she helped us work with another flooring contractor to pick out a quality product and insure we spent our money wisely.
