Amazing work, carpet quality, communication, customer service, pricing is transparent depending on the choice. The shop has many carpet and wood selection and price is clearly labelled and well explained, every associate at store is professional and thoroughly when explaining the process and listen to our needs. Nic was our contact and he was always knowledgeable, helpful and thoughtful. The installation contractor was also on time and efficient, work is done fast and nice. Taryn and the owner are absolute gems. I’m so grateful for their professionalism and quality service. I truly wish I could find contractors as dedicated and hardworking as their installers. Taryn went above and beyond, coming out to the house multiple times and being incredibly patient with me, even with my endless questions. I have a very old house that required much more work than originally expected, and instead of jumping ship, they stepped up and took on the project.
