Ling Massage is a massage parlor located in Issaquah, Washington. The reviews of the business present a mixed picture, with both positive experiences and some concerns.
On the positive side, many customers report a generally satisfactory experience. One customer, an athlete, received an excellent massage from Helen, who helped them feel relaxed and relieve tightness in their body. Another customer found the appointment setup to be quick and easy, with a clean and relaxing atmosphere featuring a heated table. They noted that the masseuse was friendly and professional, accommodating their strength preference and problem areas. A third customer praised the courteous therapist who worked on their sore side pain, stating they left feeling rejuvenated. They also appreciated the cleanliness of the room and linens, as well as the quiet reception area.
However, some reviews highlight areas of concern. One customer reported that the staff was aggressive in demanding additional tips beyond the 20% already paid, which they found unacceptable. Another customer experienced issues with professionalism, noting a lack of introduction or discussion about their health concerns, alongside safety and accessibility issues, such as non-height-adjustable massage tables and a lack of posted licenses for therapists.
Overall, Ling Massage provides a generally positive massage experience, with many customers reporting great outcomes and professionalism. However, there are concerns about certain practices that potential customers may want to consider before visiting.
One of the cleanest massage places I've been to. The rooms are kept very clean, and everything is sanitized after each customer, which made me feel comfortable. The massage was professional, and the therapist did a great job. Friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere, and I'll definitely be back !

It is super relaxing for me. Not only did she do that, but she also found a way to mix it in. I told her at the start the areas that were hurting me most and she listened and worked on extra on those areas! I could barely walk when I went in and when I left… read full review
