We have used Excel for many years. They are honest, upfront, and well priced. Their attention to detail and quality of cleaning is top notch and they always go the extra mile and exceed expectations. Ian was here today and left me with beautifully cleaned and fresh smelling carpets.

From start to finish, Mike provided detailed information and customer care. After his carpet cleaning I was concerned about the odor in my Condo. He immediately said that he would retreat at no cost with a steam cleaning. As it turned out, there was no issue with the odor after moving in, heating and airing out the Unit. And of course, they did a great job on the carpets! I highly recommend Excel Carpet Cleaning.

We have had Sam clean our carpets once a year for the past two years. He is fantastic. He arrives on time, is contentious about ensuring no trim corners are nicked, is very efficient, and leaves our carpets looking brand new. We also had a stain that wasn’t able to come out from cleaning, and the owner helpfully gave us the name of another company who could help re-color the carpet.
