On a below freezing Tuesday morning, our gas furnace shut down.
I called all the usual guys (with websites) - none could come out for 72 hours. I called Dirk's, and after trying to help me fire up back over the phone, Jeff was here 90 minutes later, diagnosed it, drove to get the part, and fixed the furnace - heat back on in just a few hours versus waiting days in the cold.

I called a couple bigger names but neither answered the phone. Then I called Dirk’s and about an hour later a friendly tech was at my house ready to service my furnace. He got it working within 45 minutes and explained how everything was supposed to work and what he was doing to test/fix it. I highly recommend these guys if you need your furnace serviced.

Tom was amazing!! Arrived after hours and fixed our broken furnace in under an hour. And then he took the time to explain what was wrong and how to repair this myself in the future!! Highly recommend using Dirk's and especially Tom.
