You know when you find a person who is a great instructor, it almost doesn’t matter WHAT they are teaching because their ability to teach can make anything interesting and engaging?!

The instructors at Deerfield Farm are of this caliber.

Now when the topic is horses?
Even if you have only a passing interest in horses and riding, your time at Deerfield would be well spent.
If you are like myself or my kids, who love horses, then Deerfield Farm is a version of heaven.

Deerfield Farm has been a foundational experience for my daughter who started riding there at 7 yo. It is a family run business with authentic and caring trainers who are experts in what they do. They put safety first and have well-loved and well cared for horses. I especially love the age ranges who train there and the positive role models my daughter is getting to know.

This farm, this program and this community has meant so much to our family. This unique program not only taught our daughter to ride, it also taught her about dedication, gratitude, accountability, the importance of and how to work together , and a “can-do” attitude. We watched our daughter grow into a confident rider and member of the riding team, onto team leader; where she served as a mentor, advisor and organizer. She developed deep relationships built on mutual respect, trust and acceptance. So many lessons learned during her time here have become part of her foundation.
