ServiceMaster recently remodeled our kitchen after our old dishwasher flooded it, and the results were outstanding. Shawn, Ian, and Richard handled most of the work and did an excellent job—they were skilled, professional, and a pleasure to have around. Matt, Syd, Tyson, and Kati were equally impressive, coordinating seamlessly with us and our insurance company to keep everything on track.
Overall, the entire team made a stressful situation much easier, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use ServiceMaster again in the future.
ServiceMaster is an exceptional company on all fronts-from quick response time, excellent communication, quality workers, follow-up, making sure all is complete. My mom's home had a broken pipe that flooded 4 rooms. Joe fixed the problem quickly - obviously very experienced in plumbing. Cliff is very thorough, friendly, great communication, prompt, explains well and did a fantastic job in mitigation. Thank you to Hunter for a return call on Sunday and your work. Also thank you Anthony and Marcus. Our family has complete confidence with ServiceMaster. Quick, competent, friendly and exceptional. Definitely recommend!
Service master is the BEST!!! I work for a property management company in grays harbor so of course we deal with awful weather around here that results in water leaks. Hunter and his team have ALWAYS been super responsive and quick to address any issue, as well as provide a bid and give us guidance on next steps in a timely manner. We have used them probably 5-6 times already and have been impressed everytime. Besides our rentals, my mom used him recently when her new windows started leaking and caused damage and just like every other time they were there same day to help us out.
