I called J&J and got a call back right away. The dispatcher put me in contact with Jason. I'm living way out in Lincoln on Lake Roosevelt and Jason said he thought he could save a service trip and maybe help us out over the phone.
Wow is all I can say. He walked us through the testing of the circuit and he diagnosed the problem right away. I almost felt guilty because he essentially fixed out problem over the phone. I called him back and offered to pay him for his time on the phone and he just said he was glad he could help.

I called on a Saturday night after the breaker for my hot water heater flipped and spoke after hours with Jason who was probably the most helpful electrician I have dealt with ever.. we bought our house a little over a year ago and have had numerous electrical issues that we’ve had to address most being major updates and repairs to which we’ve had a number of different companies deal with and still keep coming across something new what feels like every other month..
