Aztec Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is a great company with a great crew that worked hard and long hours. They are well prepared and professional, and very easy to work with. They resolved problems with installation quickly, and got the AC up and running the same day. The technicians are knowledgeable and professional, and they took care of the ice and dirt covering the heater and replaced damaged parts inside. They also solved the problem of matching venting under a new cook top and fabricated a solution on site. The team was very courteous and efficient. The owner made a complimentary check-up after a project to assure everything was working properly. They offer better customer care and service, and a better price, than big corporate companies. Customers definitely recommend these guys and will always call them for HVAC needs.
Great crew that worked hard and long hours replacing an old heat pump with a new unit. Resolved problems with installation quickly. Well prepared and professional. Very easy to work with everyone on the team it took to reach a completed operational unit.
What a great company. Bought a house that had some air conditioning problems. Called the company that installed it and they made me feel like just another schmuck customer. No customer service. My neighbor pointed me in the direction of Elias and Daniel at Aztec. Not only were they available next day, but they had the parts available to replace it and also checked over the rest of the system and replaced a couple capacitors that were due and topped of the Freon for a better price, quicker time and better customer care and service than the big corporate company that was jacking me around.
