They did a wonderful job at a price cheaper than some others. I paid a little extra to have them dig to reach the lids. For all the times I have had my septic tank emptied by others over 30+ years, they never emptied the second tank. But Val Tec did. It took them hours to dig down 4 ft to reach the two lids at an affordable cost. They also installed risers to make future access easier. I was really impressed with how quickly I was able to get an estimate and an appointment soon after. The crew was on time, knowledgeable, and very professional. They installed a copper sulfate injection port for our septic system. I was very happy with the service provided and I would definitely recommend Vac Tec Septic.
