It was easy to set up an appointment with RPS appliance repair! The manager or owner we talked to understood the problem and informed our repairman what part he probably would need. Cameron our repairman was prompt and very efficient! He operated the washer to make sure he had the right part for our 2 year old Whirlpool washing machine's problem!! He knew exactly what he had to do & told us! Before we knew it Cameron was finished! He then informed us what could have possibly caused the problem. Cameron was great to work with!!!

Highly recommend RPS Appliance! Scheduling was easy, communication was great, and they showed up right on time. My dishwasher hadn’t worked for over a year and I thought I needed to replace it, but they were able to fix it the same day—along with my microwave. Everything is now working perfectly, and the pricing was very affordable. Great service from start to finish—definitely recommend

Fixed my freezer when I was pretty sure it was not possible. Quick to get back to me, quick the come and look at it. Back 1 week later to fix it after the part arrived Very happy!
