Cejay was punctual, professional and efficient. Unfortunately the part had not arrived for his first visit, so the repair was completed in two separate appointments. Washer is working great again.

I recently had a repair done on my Samsung electrical clothes dryer by RPS Appliance Repair, with service technician Cameron handling the job. While Cameron was polite and informative throughout the repair process, I had mixed feelings about the overall experience.Cameron was efficient in diagnosing the root cause of the heating element failure and replacing the necessary part in a timely manner. My experience with RPS was VERY POSITIVE. Cameron listened carefully to my explanation of whatmy washer was doing and was clearly skilled in diagnosing the problems. This is where I will go for appliance repair in the future.As good as it gets!
