I see a lot of negative reviews about the office however, based on the information that the people are providing, I can tell you that almost every negative review isn't about Graham Family Dentistry. They're referring to Graham Family Dental Care. Unfortunately the names are so close that people often confuse them. I've known people that have called to make an appointment at Graham Family Dentistry with Dr. Dent or Dr. Bieker and they have contacted the wrong office. I've also known people that say they have scheduled appointments via their online scheduling portal or via email which Graham Family Dentistry does not have however, Graham Family Dental Care does. Also, Graham Family Dentistry has two dentists. People please, if you're going to leave a review about a business, make sure you have the right business. I made the same mistake the first time I made an appointment. I went online and I booked the appointment through their booking portal but when I called they said they didn't have anything. Again, it's because I contacted the wrong office. The other people that are complaining about missed appointment fees, late fees, anything like that, it's called running a business. You're late, you get charged a late fee. You don't show up, you get a no-show fee. Everybody has things that happen. But if you want to maintain a business you have to enforce the policies and procedures as they have been set out. Dr Dent and Dr Bieker's policies and procedures are provided to every patient to read. Make sure you read and understand all of their policies. Also, don't ever assume that a dentist will bump somebody else's appointment because you failed to make your appointment.“
