This establishment is bull crap! I scheduled a knowledge test paid for 2 tests, failed the first time no big deal. Rescheduled and they told me the day but wouldn't tell me the time, said they would send me a email that I never received. Then wanted me to pay a rescheduling fee for there mistake. They said they sent a rescheduling through email a half hour before I was even supposed to be there to take the first test the same day. Completely full of crap. After I called the office they wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor about it and back peddled about when they sent it out. Full of crap!!
