I randomly decided to get my hair done at Ulta after breaking up with my hairdresser after like 5 plus years. And I could cry I’m so happy. Vivian took care of me and I received the best cut and color probably ever in my life. It’s top 3 for sure. Do not sleep on the ulta hair salon. This afternoon, I went to Ulta to try to find a replacement for a discontinued creamy baby oil product I've used for years as a morning face cream. Bella helped me and was so thorough in her checking online for other products which could be substituted. She was very informative, patient, and reassuring that something would be available. She even texted me two pictures of products that would possibly replace the discontinued one. And she was so supportive of me when I told her how frustrating it was to be using a product for decades and then to have it suddenly unavailable. I went to Ulta 20 minutes before they closed, I was welcomed nicely and was able to quickly grab what I needed and made my way to the front. I forgot her name but the woman working the register was extremely kind the whole time! She had short tight curls that looked lighter at the ends. Honestly I expected the quick shopping trip to not go the best, at the Silverdale store I feel like the employees are annoyed to help you and are usually very short with people but she wasn’t.
