Dropped off a pair of scrub pants with a big hole in one of the pockets. I got them back when promised and for a very reasonable price. Staff was super friendly too. They checked all the boxes!

Overall, it was a positive experience. The owner greeted us warmly when I picked up my garment, which immediately created a good impression. Although the customer service during the initial drop-off could be a bit more personable, the quality of the alterations was outstanding. I had pants shortened, and the craftsmanship was excellent.
Regarding delivery, I mixed up the drop-off and pick-up dates, but the delivery person was friendly, leaving my items at the front door. Communication through their app is smooth and efficient.
