I definitely recommend them for cleaning! Always a wonderful job. But would be careful and specific on alterations. I am a short-legged lady so always need my jeans/slacks hemmed. They use a very thin white thread to hem. I starts to come undone on the second washing. I have had three pair that the hem is coming undone. I guess I need to be specific on what I want.
We have used lots of dry cleaners but this one is the best. Great service, handy tech options for notices and deals, laundry bags to take home and fill/drop off after hours, hanger caddies to easily store and return their hangers, fresh cookies at checkout. Also, they’ll tailor/mend anything and help me get my heels fixed up when they fail. I just love them.
I was late getting my pants and jacket in to be pressed and tailored a bit. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I was really impressed by how friendly and welcoming everyone was and my suit looked fantastic! I will definitely continue to use these folks and would highly recommend!
