I was a bit dubious about hiring someone I didn't know to solve a problem, however, I had dug myself into a hole that I couldn't get out of---No wifi, no telephone, no mesh system--Nothing!! I finally had to surrender to the electronic gods. Well, to make a long story short---In walks Jim. Within an hour or so he had me up and running with everything operational again. Was it a miracle? I'm not sure, but it was pretty darn close. Jim is very knowledgeable and methodical in resolving problems, and in this case, he saved the day for me. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!! I highly recommend Hagman Computer Services. They respond to calls, texts and emails in a timely manner. I have worked with them on three separate occasions and all issues were addressed successfully, including mobile services at my home. I will continue to use them for all my tech issues! I reached out to Jim when I was on a deadline and all my page numbers had gone askew. He responded quickly and explained that it was one of those quirky things that the program changed on its own. We talked through it together, he tried a few things and found a fix. But, what I really loved is that he taught me how to fix it and had me do it with him watching. He also helped me fix a printing issue.I would call Jim again in a minute. His style was very comfortable and his price was very reasonable. I very much appreciate that I now have someone local who can address my computer issues and support my learning. Thanks, Jim!
