The doctor listened to me and was kind and polite. She was very professional and all the staff were too. Patients like myself receive the best quality of care when the professionals are focused on the ailments of the individual rather petty note taking entered by non medical staff that is bias and extremely unprofessional.

I've never had such a great experience at an urgent care - that's probably partly due to it being a very slow day (Mariners were still in the playoffs) but still they were very friendly and efficient.

They were very nice and took care of everything in a highly effective and efficient manner- desk staff and medical care team - both are great! I am only using CHI urgent care much better for me than Indigo (even though my doctors are at Multicare)
