We get good service once there, but I am giving them middling marks for extremely long times on-hold when you need to talk to an actual person. There are times when the automated system, leaving a voicemail or MyChart are not sufficient.
Dr Alejo is the best, he’s one of the good guys, very smart and down to Earth. I trust him with my baby bump and medical needs. He's always very respectful of us and our beliefs, and listens to our ideas and gives good advice. Dr Hwang is excellent for advanced maternal age care. I have had the pleasure of meeting both doctors here. The rest of the staff is also wonderful from the lovely folks working the desk to the nurses and assistants running the back. Really great place and they listen to any feedback without judgement. We (our family) recently established care here with Dr. Ma, he is wonderful. I felt heard with all of my concerns and my referrals and refills were put in the same day. My Chart is great, and we love being able to make appointments online. The doctor was on time and there was ample seating in the waiting room. Liked being able to do labs onsite after my appointment.
