Disappointed to say the least. Service was not completed as agreed, I requested clarification, but she was extremely rude in response and unhelpful
Tax preparation services that were not properly provided. The return contained an error that affected my refund by $935. The provider refused to correct the mistake, amend the return, or issue a refund—even after I offered to pay for the correction she told me to go somewhere else, refusing to resolve the issue.

Beware, No CPA or accountant here! You get what you pay for: an awful attitude with hatred towards first response workers (I was stunned by that statement) and mismanagement of clients identities and financial information. Real authentic, registered CPA’s are dime a dozen in town. Look elsewhere for actual financial privacy compliance and quality tax prep.

I'm a T-10 Paraplegic who is confined to a wheelchair and was going thru my second round of chemo therapy. I called the owner of Ellis Accounting to pay my association dues. She told me they didn't take payments over the phone. I explained my disability to her and asked if I pulled up to her front door and called could she walk a total of ten feet (Probably less) and get the check. She told me she had a business to run and would not walk to the front to get the check. She is the worst person I have ever had to deal with in my 58 years on this earth.
