After reading the reviews I brought my cheap silver car through before bringing my new black truck (as black shows scratches more). Glad I did. The staff doesn’t rinse your vehicle before hitting it with the scrub brushes. Also experienced what I read in other reviews about the overhead brushes hitting your vehicle pretty hard. It was hard enough for me to check my windshield chip after I was done to see if it got bigger. Also, as a new truck owner, I definitely won’t be attempting to navigate in and out of the wash in my truck. I came in to get my truck washed with pretty high expectations, and unfortunately I left feeling disappointed. After going through the wash, I pulled over to dry it off and honestly couldn’t tell much of a difference—it still looked just as dirty as before.
On top of that, my license plate holder ended up getting cracked during the process. I understand that things can happen, so that part is what it is. The bigger issue for me is paying for a service that didn’t really deliver the results I was hoping for.
I was really looking forward to a good experience here, so this was just frustrating overall.
My first time visiting Pink Elephant and nothing but great things to say. Cole Flowers is incredible, he was super friendly, professional, and he genuinely cared about making sure everything was spotless before leaving.
