I bought a boost for platinum when I was ready yo use it. 6 month worth, awesome price. I was told I could activate it when I wanted. I place my tans on hold, and when I activated my plan, I was charged twice. The ownee offered me a $20 dollar credit to use when I wanted. I month went by and I was ready to start my platinum boost, so I did. The 2nd time I went to us the boost I was told they charged me $10 (using part if my credit given to me for inconvenience of being charged twice) Anyway, I mention it to a gal that checked me in and I'm still waiting for a call from a manager, ( not my idea, the gal there couldn't help me) I just wanted to use the $20 credit... read full review
