Terri is awesome! She’s so knowledgeable and caring - after 3 sessions my should pain was relieved and my whole body felt better. She provides exercises and advice to help you with the specific areas your body needs a little extra love and support. She’s amazing.

This session was such a powerful blend of hands-on bodywork, subtle energy healing, and the most soothing, restorative sounds I’ve experienced in a 1:1 setting. Terri's presence is gentle and compassionate, and you can feel how intuitive and skilled she is. It felt like my body, mind, and energy were all being cared for at once.

Thank you Terri Rossi at Best Body Moves. You provided yet another great workshop (Master Level Reiki) with an impressive curriculum, great students to learn alongside and as always, a safe and healing space to practice our work. I appreciate you providing these opportunities in our community. I'm looking forward to using the education and skills you've taught and shared with the animals in my practice and the humans in my life.
