My son has been a patient of Dr. Song’s since the spring of 2020, when his previous allergist retired. His previous allergist referred most of his clinic specifically to Dr. Song’s, which says a lot. We have had nothing but positive experiences here. Dr. Song is extremely personable and spends quite a bit of time with his patients. I appreciate that he is engaging with his pediatric patients and involves them in their care plan, talking directly to them, whenever possible. I have also had good experiences with the office staff and especially their billing department and billing manager. They are a well organized office and treat patients as people and not numbers! I would highly recommend Dr. Song’s and his staff!
