Kara is the BEST. She is so kind, flexible, and thoughtful, and created the most beautiful arrangements for our wedding. I didn't know specifically what the florals would look like, but she nailed the vibe and exceeded our expectations. She also included a lot of decor like votives, candles, and table numbers, which took a lot of the decorating off my hands. Thank you Kara!!
Kara at Apotheca Design is a fabulous florist. We are a team of Pacific Northwest wedding planners who travel to Friday Harbor and the San Juan Islands for events. Kara is a warm ray of sunshine in the form of a local florist. She takes time to meet with clients on site, walk them through design options and mock ups, and deeply understand the logistics of more complicated installations. She is solutions-focused and client-centered in her work, but attributes that we deeply appreciate a values-centered planners. We look forward to working with Kara again soon!
