This is the best floral shop I've used. It's owner has regularly saved my last minute approach to Valentine's Day on numerous years. My wife has always been very pleased with the result each and every time. Well done Mary Ann, ( it's owner ).

I missed my mom's birthday due to illness, and Flowers by the Bay was able to send a gorgeous display, including flowers and ballons, along with seattle chocolates and a cute stuffed animal. They did it over Christmas with three days notice. They are incredible. This is the 3rd time I've used them and they always come through. My mom loved everything!! Thank you!!!

Kudos to Flowers by the Bay! I have a wonderful 91 year old mother who just received my order of a large basket of fruit for her birthday celebration in Freeland. She was thrilled with delight and sent me a photo of the gorgeous arrangement. It’s lovely having Flowers by the Bay to help me stay in touch with family on Whidbey, especially during these times when family can’t travel. Happy Holidays!
