From the office to the service people, I have always been treated with kindness and respect. The service technicians were able to figure out our issue and explained clearly what was going on. She consulted with me about my areas of concern and then proceeded to provide a lovely hour of massage in a clean and comfortable environment, that was relaxing and soothing while allowing appropriate modesty. If you need a no-nonsense haircut at a good price, the team will find a way to fit you in and help you out. Too many barbers spend too much time making your appointment into an experience. But, what anyone who sits in that chair wants more than anything is some basic chit chat and a haircut that shows the barber knows how to use scissors and clippers properly. At Darcy's, they get it.

Dr. Eli is a miracle worker! I had post MCL surgery issues for years, and now I can hike and run ( not long distance, but still amazing) after only 3 visits and excellent supplements. Highly recommend his care.

After getting a poor prognosis of a week to live at most due to a large tumor in the stomach area, our adopted dog, Annie, defied the odds and lived for another 8 months - well into her 15th year. In anticipation of the future event we asked about the procedure and cost. They would need for us to bring Annie in and the process would begin with a catherization. The cost would be $150. We asked if we could forgo the unnecessary anxiety of bringing her in and they relented but would still need to catharize her. When Annie stopped eating and became unstable, we called UBAC and as was done for two previous dogs, they would come to the car, administer the sleeping shot and final shot while she lay on her blanket in the car and peacefully passed on. Dr. Reiter did everything necessary to make this difficult moment as painless as possible for all involved. A++ for bedside manner! $90 and a follow-up sympathy card signed by all. Very touching....

Heart mountain did a great job guiding us as we replaced flooring upstairs and down. Nikki was great in getting estimates in timely manner, fair price, great install and handled the scheduling that met our expectations and more! Would recommend them for flooring!
Shawn is a hair whisperer. Three years ago, I responded to an ad from a woman who posted beautiful photos of hair "she" colored and styled. Lets just say, I was lucky to have any hair at all when she was finished. The mop on top was beyond damaged; breaking, tangled and burnt. Shawn agreed to consult and came up with a repair plan. Fast forward to 2021... Mick and Shawn have really stepped up to the challenges of covid. The shop is super clean, products are excellent, and I can't recommend the Color Box enough. No matter your hair, Shawn can work his magic to make it the best it can be. I wish I had never left Whidbey, and if I do manage to make it back, I will definitely return to the Color Box! In my long life I've been to perhaps a dozen different dentists, including a few on South Whidbey, Dr. Biehler and his entire staff are unquestionably the very best.
Highly recommend, I've seen Hans off and on for years and he is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to complex chronic illness. On top of that he has unique equipment for testing found throughout Europe but sorely lacking within the States, helping him make accurate diagnosis and medication/supplement reccomendations. Would recommend for gut issues, thyroid, chronic fatigue, overall endocrine, stealth infections, mold, etc.

Andy is timely! He came to support our septic issue. He worked well to support another worker and troubleshoot the issue. Additionally he has worked for two of my clients (I am a housekeeper) and they were very satisfied with his work. He ultimately resolved long term issues they were experiencing. He is very personable and funny in his interaction. Definitely would hire him again.
