“After getting a poor prognosis of a week to live at most due to a large tumor in the stomach area, our adopted dog, Annie, defied the odds and lived for another 8 months - well into her 15th year. In anticipation of the future event we asked about the procedure and cost. They would need for us to bring Annie in and the process would begin with a catherization. The cost would be $150. We asked if we could forgo the unnecessary anxiety of bringing her in and they relented but would still need to catharize her. When Annie stopped eating and became unstable, we called UBAC and as was done for two previous dogs, they would come to the car, administer the sleeping shot and final shot while she lay on her blanket in the car and peacefully passed on. Dr. Reiter did everything necessary to make this difficult moment as painless as possible for all involved. A++ for bedside manner! $90 and a follow-up sympathy card signed by all. Very touching....“
“I have been going there for years and have always received great care and good advice. I’m only worried that by posting this review they will get more business!“
