We brought our fridge in for a repair. Weeks later once it was finally inspected and worked on we picked it up to find that it still wasn't working. They came and picked it up from us, which was helpful. Months later after numerous phone calls back and forth we finally got our fridge back to find it full of dirt, mold and dents. We found it odd that the company changed entire staff over the course of the repair. No one knew what was going on half the time and the customer service was lacking. They blamed US for the dents and dirtiness of the unit when we confronted them. We are very disappointed and would not use this company again.
