Very friendly staff, but just as importantly, the work completed was fantastic. The time between quote, vehicle drop off and completed repair was minimal. I was very pleased with all aspects of this shop. They do great work!

I simply cannot say enough good things about this place and their people. We had done some self damage to the liftgate of our X7 and I knew I wanted to have a dealership do the work if possible because I had been a service writer for a dealership for about 6 years in my past and I knew how important it was to get qualified people doing the job. We had quite the battle with insurance but the folks at collision center northwest stuck with us and gave us guidance and help along the way and they finished the job very quickly and extremely well once to go ahead was received. When my car needed repairs Collision Center came recommended from the dealership. Collision Center and my insurance company worked well together making it an easy experience. Collision Center, Danielle, communicated on Tuesday and Thursdays about stage and progress of the repair-this was helpful so I wasn’t left wondering about the repairs. Car was repaired in less than two weeks and returned as good as new!
