I just left this location. Kellar and Adam At the Ferndale location were absolutely phenomenal and the service was superior. I was completely taken back by the level of service that I received and will definitely be returning. Everyone was working diligently and meticulously. The service was exceptionally thorough and the gentlemen were kind and hard-working. I have been in the Customer Service industry for years and have rarely seen exceptional service like I received from Keller and Adam today. Great job guys!

I always receive great service at this shop. The employees are always cordial and friendly and informative and eager to answer any questions. They explain what they’re doing every step of the way and make sure I am happy with what they’re doing. They always check all the fluid levels, the filters, the lights, the wipers. I’m always happy with the quality of service at this shop.
