The staff at Unity Care has been nothing but friendly but I wanted to specifically shout out Teresa at Quest Labs. I have major anxiety when it comes to getting blood work done, and she was super understanding, friendly and got me out of there quickly.

I wanted to leave a review for the dental clinic here. I have had an amazing experience with their care. I have a lot of anxiety and past dental trauma so I didn't know what to expect. All of the dentists and hygienists I have seen here have been very kind and patient with me every step of the way. The are always willing to answer any questions I have. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

I used to highly recommend Unity Care Ferndale. I’m starting to have my reservations. I’ve been a patient now for some time and I see the changes. Before the pandemic long-time staff left. Since then, staff seem to come and go quickly. Then there is time. Unity Care used to book longer appointments, especially for people with multiple health issues. Now it’s 20 minutes and then make another appointment 3 months out to talk about the rest.
I recently dropped off forms for an upcoming appointment in a couple of days. I thought I was being courteous. As I was getting home I got a call from a nurse that told me I should come back and get my forms... read full review
